Brian Schmidt: Pinball Wizard
A 20-year industry veteran, Brian has composed music for over 120 arcade and console games including John Madden Football, NARC, Crue Ball and the Star Wars Trilogy. He worked at Microsoft for many years where he was the primary architect of XACT and helped design the XBOX 360 audio system. We caught up with him at Project Bar-BQ (hence the cricket noises...) where we talked about pinball sound and early game audio composition.
